Hey everyone...
I just thought I'd take an opportunity to acknowledge the father of many of today's contemporary masters, Mr. Ralph Humphrey. Since attending LAMA in 2001/2002, I came to know this amazing and often underacknowledged player. I was also able to study with him for a while after I graduated (as did Steve if I'm not mistaken). My experiences with him have been nothing but inspirational. In the last year and a half, Ralph has been playing with a band called Babaganoush at the World famous Baked Potato which I'm sure some of you LA Cats have seen. They recorded a CD that is now available. I was lucky enough to be invited by Ralph to hang out and watch the sessions which were of course amazing. I would like to post an MP3 of one of my favorite Ralph moments on this new CD. Unfortunately I have no way to host it. Can anybody lend a hand? I think it would be a great benefit to all to hear it! Thanks
STARRDRUM

I owe a lot to Ralph. Odd groupings and metric modulation have become a large part of my playing. I mention him in my video and I don't even think he's aware of it (I should really get him a copy. Giving my cut to the Godfather sort of thing).
Anyways while I was at MI I would sit in on discussions with him and other students and the stuff may as well have been rocket science to me. I was overwhelmed and confused. It was not til after I graduated that I did some serious mental digestion. Then I practiced and applied it.

That's hot I took my time at MI, there was so much info handed out in such a short period of time, how could you grasp everything?

Steve or Randy: would there be any way for you to host an MP3 from this CD?
Thanks, STARRDRUM
